Journal of Sacred Work

Caregivers have superpowers! Radical Loving Care illuminates the divine truth that caregiving is not just a job. It is Sacred Work.

About

When

The words stop

And you can endure the silence

That reveals your heart's

Pain

Of emptiness

Or that great wrenching-sweet longing,

That is the time to try and listen

To what the Beloved's

Eyes

Most want

To

Say.

In times of silence and letting go, we are most open to god’s love. Sometimes we are flat on our back because we have stuggled so hard and are merely exhausted in the trying. If we are wise, we will let go much sooner and rest in the hammock of gods enduring love and grace…always there for us if we just listen and release.

Thank you Erie for this poetry piece from Hafiz. I woke up this morning feeling like I needed to stand still and be quiet, to go within and get in touch with the peaceful, loving center of my heart and listen to the higher self of my being.
I truely believe that if we don’t due this regularly amid the chaos of great change that we are all going through in the world, we stray from the wisdom that is always there for us in our path. So today I am refocusing on the energy of love and light that leads to peace and wisdom to make the choices that keep us on our spiritual path.
This bit of poetry is perfect.

I love this…yes, this is where the silence takes me, and this is how I wish to listen.

Enjoyed the delicious taste of Hafiz’ Poetry of Wisdom, hmmm mmm… thank you Rev. Erie.
Through ones eyes we see deep into our souls… though in silence due to pain or inability for words… we feel what someone’s going through, even if it’s just a pinch of hint. Dare to care and share, nothing to fear.
