Journal of Sacred Work

Caregivers have superpowers! Radical Loving Care illuminates the divine truth that caregiving is not just a job. It is Sacred Work.

About

Wheatfield (1) It is just a picture – among millions made each day by millions around the world who see something, aim & push the little button on their cellphone.

That is what I did when, sailing along at a mile-a-minute, I saw this field outside the car window, turned & pushed that button.

What do you see? How do you feel when you see it?

Have you looked long enough to experience the flashes of purple dimpling the foreground, the layers of dark green sweeping right & left across the vast yellow field, the banks of clouds puffing & swirling as they caravan the sky?

What life is hidden & revealed here? What life is awakened in you.

I hope this image brings you moments of peace as you allow this palette of colors & array of shapes to soften the rough edges of your day.

Erie, there is so much beauty around us…..thank you for sharing and reminding us of what is sometimes right in front of us..if we take the time to let it in.

I love the sharp contrast and vivid color with the rolling field of clouds above but most especially I appreciate your gift to us, moments of peace …to soften the rough edges of your day. Thank you, Erie!

Nice gift to all JSW devotees of which I am a faithful one. Yes, the little quiet pauses everyday add up to a quieter, more peaceful existence for everyone.

When we get in the habit of “seeing” and being grateful for the beauty, blessings and joy that currently surround us, we will realize that everything we desire is abundant. Where attention goes, energy flows.
Thank you for all of the wisdom you have taught me Erie.
